Hi, sorry I missed the last 2 weeks. I have been very busy, but I guess all that counts now is that the 3rd part gets written!!! So here it is!

August 10th 65 B.C.

Hi! The last time I wrote I said he hurt his leg, but I never said how! Let me explain now. He was chopping wood in a nearby forest when the accident happened. Thankfully, there was a man nearby who heard my dad screaming and went to see what happened. After examining the situation, he came and got my mother. She started getting buckets and buckets of water! And then my mother came in the “room” and told me to go get the doctor. That was in my first time writing in this diary! I better go. Petros is calling me. Can you guess what he wants me to do? Milk his goats I’ll write when I come back!

Later:

I just came back from milking Petros’ goat! Boy oh boy, is it a hassle to deal with! Mother is calling me, I will try to write later.

Later (AGAIN):

Mother needed help with dinner, she was making Soúpa Avgolémono (egg lemon soup)

It takes a little time to make! But for the work you have to do it tastes pretty good! Cliantha said she would help mother make dinner, so I don’t have to! Uh-oh! I just saw Petros walk into my “room”. I just told him to get out of my “room”! He does not know I have a diary, and I don’t want him to know!! He just discovered that I have a diary! I’ll be back in a little bit! I have to go help my father!
Later (AGAIN):

I am SO upset at Petros! He read my diary! I went and told father and mother and said that Petros had read my diary, and mother gave him the scolding of his life. He came into my “room” and said I was mean for telling father and mother! I told him it served him right!! He murmered something and I said, “what did you say?” He just said none of your business and stomped right out of the room!! So much for reading my diary Petros! Don’t read it in the future if you don’t like the punishment you got! I hope you learn your lesson! NEVER READ MY DIARY AGAIN PETROS AND IF YOU DO YOU WILL GET SOMETHING BIG FROM ME!!!!! Well mother just called me and said it was time to eat! YUMMY!!!

Since I’m doing a diary of a Greek girl, I thought it would be fun to do this post!!! Here is a story about some ancient ruins found in Athens:

Archaeologists have discovered extensive remains of what is believed to be an ancient marketplace with shops and a religious center at the southern edge of Athens, the Culture Ministry said Friday. The finds, in the coastal neighborhood of Voula, date from the 4th or 5th century B.C.

An ancient marketplace?? Shops?? A religious center?? That’s COOL!! 4th or 5th B.C. was like THOUSANDS of THOUSANDS of years ago!!!!  WOW!! I have always wondered what it would be to go there and see the buildings that are still standing!!

Very hectic! I spent most of my time entertaining Elizabeth‘s guests. I can’t wait to until they leave .

Elizabeth’s guests just left. For the last day or so I have been packing and cleaning way too much!!! . By the way Elizabeth’s mom just had a baby they named it Katherine Rose .Her middle name is the same as mine. I have additional responsibilities; I am going to take care of the baby!

YEA!!!!! But I still have to do my old job too .
