Hi!!! Here is part 2 of the diary!!!

August 5th 65 B.C.

Oh! I have SO much to write and so little time! I must constantly be looking after my dad because of the accident.  Oh,I totally forgot!  You don’t even know what happened!! All I said in the last entry is it looked like he hurt his leg!! Yes, he did hurt his leg, the bone is broken.  The worst part is he has a infection!! He should be fine and able to walk in about 2 or 3 months!! Oh, how my brothers don’t like this!!! They have to work the fields and do all the work my dad would do, along with their chores too.   But, it does serve Petros right!! Me, milking his goats!!! It’s a good thing we have Helios. He’s doing most of the work!! Poor Helios!!! I have to go now!!  Dad needs a little bit of food and water!!  Be back in a ‘bit!!

Later:

I just came back!  I have to go in a little bit to go milk the goats, we have 12 goats.  I milk the first six in one part of the day and the other 6 later in the day.  I always do Petros’ last,  because if it’s nightfall Helios has to come out and milk the rest!!!  I have to go now!!

Just came back.  Elizabeth just told me to get ready.  She is having guests who are staying for 1 week.  So I may not write for a while, but I will try and write as soon as I can.They are coming tonight!!!

Hi! My name is Alexandra, I’m 11 years old!! My full name is Alexandra Mei Forton! I was born on May (that’s where I get my middle name from!) 27th 54 B.C.! I have to go feed the goats be back in a bit!

Later:

I just came back from feeding the goats! They are a pain to milk! The two that are the worst are Rosy and Spot!! They kick you every time you get near them!! I WISH Petros had NEVER, EVER asked for them for his 7th birthday! My parents gave in and bought the 2 goat’s for him! I only like the goats my parents bought for farming named Brownie and Star!!! They NEVER, EVER kick!! I WISH that Petros had to milk his own goats!!! Mommy is calling me to make supper!! I better go help her!! It’s starting to smell yummy!! I have NO idea what she has up her sleeve to cook!! But I better go because dad and the boys will be coming in soon to eat!! I hope to write tomorrow!!!!! I REALLY HAVE TO GO!! DAD AND THE BOYS JUST CAME IN AND IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE GOT HURT WITH AN AX:( OH NO!!! I PROMISE TO WRITE ABOUT IN TOMORROW!!!!!! MOM IS SCREAMING FOR ME TO GO GET THE DOCTOR.  I SHOULD GO!!! IT LOOKS LIKE DAD GOT HURT FROM WHERE I AM ON MY HAMMOCK THAT IS NOT GOOD NEWS!!!! OH BY THE WAY I WILL TALK ABOUT OUR HOUSE TOMORROW!!! I BETTER GO BEFORE MOM IS BESIDE HER SELF!!!!

Here is a funny story!!:One time when I was younger, maybe 7 or 8.  I was leaning out my bedroom talking to my mom, I was talking sooooooo loud that my mom said “Elizabeth, be quiet, they can hear you all the way in China!!!”  So I said “HELLO CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
